## Context

The dating app has been facing drop off especially from new signups.

## Goals

Increase engagement for new signups and keep them using the app.

## KPI
- Increase Time Spent
- Increase DAU
- Increase WAU
- Decrease Uninstall Rate

## Constraints
- No major features should be added.
- Use 2 developer resources at most.
- Build primarily for the SEA market.

## Assumptions
- Users are uninstalling because they don’t understand the flow. 
- Users are not using the app because they run out of likes.
- Users uninstall because they are not finding interesting profiles.

## Dependencies
- UI designer will need to give a new onboarding flow.
- The ML team needs to fine tune recommendations to new users.
- SEA team will provide primary data

## Timeline
- Features set to be approved by May 6, 2025.
- Building will span until August 15, 2025.
- Testing will conclude on August 31, 2025.
- Deployment starts on September 1, 2025.	
- Reports will be assessed for the time period Sep 1 - October 15, 2025.
